You do if your CEO is standing in the way of negotiations (not saying that's what happened). Most people assume that negotiations (if they exist) started around the time they cancelled the conf call on Jan 13. NP wasn't terminated until Jan 24, so he would not have been fired at the "start" of negotiations. For an attorney, so seem to miss a lot of pertinent information.
