I just finished going through it. I started from the issuance of the 200 million shares on November 24th assuming there were 0 previous shares. I then went through all the SEC filings and double checked for anything in the 10q just to make sure. Any stock options or warrants awarded to the employees are not counted against the 200 million since they have a stockpile of previous shares that they use for those. So the shares from the 200 million consist of Paulson raises and warrants, Fife repayments and the initial 15 million warrants to Welch.
The total of those is 26,257,956 leaving a balance of 173,742,044 shares.
