It looks to me like a line has been drawn in the sand so to speak concerning the bottom of the walk down of the pps. Bids are saying this is the spot to load up. I had hoped for a bit cheaper price per share to build up my long term stock pile but it doesn't look like that's going to happen. It is hugely cheap under a penny so I can see why accumulation here in the mid/upper .008's is taking place. It is just steady, smart and informed investors cleverly adding shares discretely. That's the way it looks to me.This PPS will bolt back up just give it a little bit of time as they say. Plenty of catalysts that should happen in the hours/days/weeks to come so it's a pretty easy call to add here while the adding is good! Just my opinion.
