I don't believe Joe has a restriction to communicate.......at least not for 7 months. I believe he has been isolated by his team due to incompetent business /toxic funding deals. It appears he has little to no credibility left to continue his "Big Pharma" vision. Basically ran out of funding and gambled on Nasdaq listing to sell shares and fund the operation. IMO didn't mitigate risk required to run a public company but instead high risk deals without thorough Due-diligence. The SEC won't tell you if you can or can't communicate with shareholders. If an investigation lead to enforcement action it will be disclosed. We need to know current assets of GNBT Holding and a China deal update . For now it appears Joe handed over the "gem" for pennies without any $$$$ results, no revenue and no royalties! Is the plan to reorganize and issue "new" shares to a few select people and or group?
Troubles didn't start overnight, I believe misleading PR's and using a few friends to keep shareholders quiet kept the story alive ......." Joe's transparency and I don't lie ".........
Joe is hiding and if he is/was aware and/or commited fraud he should go to jail. If he is clean he should update shareholders asap. At the end of the day he is the CEO and accountable for all past and future actions !! Can't trust any rumors or executives until update on current status. The pps tells the story !!
Is it possible dilution was for personal financial benefit......any assumption valid until 10q/k are filed and administration fees disclosed. BOD failed too but imo didn't get involved in the daily operation and negotiations..............
With all the potential and opportunities to generate revenue it shows the billboard of WORLD CLASS MANAGEMENT appeared to be another distraction of actual Management experience/understanding of process to meet regulatory requirements...........
