Great to see you posting more frequently, wrench. It always is. No matter anyone's average area to sell here, I hope double-digit dollar range is most certainly attainable and phase 1 of that kind of PPS growth is WELL on its way. I couldn't afford additional shares now even if I wanted to and it would only be in the quantity of 15,000 to 20,000 or so. Hope it doesn't make a DAMN difference at all whoever has a higher average or not. Not a damn difference.
