Excellent points, Cassandra X, I appreciate the alternative point of view. I have never been invested in a company that's been partnered with or bought out, so this is all an education.
Guess I would applaud a buyout if it was at least $35-$40/share, but most business savvy posters think this is too high for a company with no approvals. Your point about the possible difficulties of partnering for different indications does make sense, though, so just have to wait and see.
