David F. Welch if I remember correctly supports current management and is the largest share holder to date (I presume no one has amassed more than 12M shares).
This imo, is just surety that it is covered and something else is cooking. I believe I put some things together but I rather let the shorts figure that out themselves.
Remember, the judge said he felt we would win.
