The other physicists won't admit the genius outsider Mills is right until he perfects his SunCell and they will have to jump aboard then, if not when his PMR paper is published in Nature and there is no other explanation for the hydrino signatures observed and predicted. Mills' theory did predict that the expansion of the Universe was accelerating before measurement confirmed such. Mills explains what is dark matter (it is a lower energy form of hydrogen, which he calls the hydrino). His theory explains just about everything with one set of laws (from subatomic physics to gravity and the nature of the cosmos), which quantum mechanics doesn't do.
The amount of energy he is creating with his invention right now is astounding. It is not free energy, it is energy already present in hydrogen that is being released. Energy is always conserved, and all the other classical laws of physics are obeyed. All the other honest physicists know there are serious problems with many aspects of standard quantum mechanics (an electron that exists everywhere at once?, a particle that goes through two slits at the same time?, or "spooky action at a distance"?), which Mills solves.
