Many here including me feel that they have enough

Many here including me feel that they have enough shares at the moment, and if something positive pushes price up a bit, we will be happy to sit tight, or chase it a bit.  Everyone is hoping that we are near the bottom.  The same forces that have been in place since I first bought this are still at work.  Everyday without fail it seems the price dips around 11:30 - 11:45 am, Why is that????  Sometimes it is a very significant dip!  To me the problem is the spread is always so wide, it discourages people from buying.  Sometimes it's as much as 15%, that is ridiculous.  It's funny that market makers are supposed to want shares trading hands quickly, having a spread like that doesn't fit into that idea.
