Not quite sure what it would matter if Charlie Sheen shouted it from the rooftops and had it on billboards and in skywriting across the nation. The FDA would say "Show us the BLA" and that's that. Anything else is purely anecdotal. I think we're all pretty damn clear on that point by now.
