Thank you for this very informative yet concise video!! Highly appreciate this! I have been closely following the clinical trial of leronlimab for tNBC. One other exciting consideration is that the tumor microenvironment highly expresses CCR5 as well. Suppression of which decreases neovascularization and seems to be directly inhibitory to VGEF! Thereby stifling primary tumor growth. It also restores proper T4/T8 ratios and converts macrophage phenotype from M1 to M2 thereby helping to reprogram the immune response to target tumor cells directly.
