For those looking for information on EGOC here is a list of links that I have compiled from other persons research and my research and these links have been posted over the course of the last few months.
EGOC is a reverse merger and the controlling interest in EGOC was acquired in May of 2021 by Shanghai Yicheng Culture a subsidiary of Pangbo Group (as outlined in the Microcap daily article linked below) as such there are apparently a lot of moving parts and structural and personnel changes that have happened and likely continue to happen within EGOC as would be expected and most of the specifics can be researched from the following links below and at the time of this post EGOC and company are currently awaiting approval from FINRA for their new name and ticker symbol change. According to EGOC's press release the new name will be China Yicheng Technology Corp with a new ticker of ECEN upon approval by FINRA of course. Also according to press releases Liu Yicheng was appointed as Chairman effective July 13, 2021 among other personnel additions. Liu Yicheng is also the Chairman of Pangbo Group as shown to be the case in the links below and on the Pangbo Group website! Liu Yicheng also appears prominently in Pangbo Group and EGOC functions regularly in videos and photos also in the links below. It is difficult to mistake him for someone else with his particular hair style and features.
The links below are not in chronological order as that would require too much effort for this guy. Also there are more links available but this is a good start for those looking for information. A lot of time and effort went into digging up these GEMS by a handful of people at best. Shout out to “rosequartz” aka “smokyquartz” as she found many of these obscure items that were on the Chinese web and not easily found! In the near future I would expect updated filings that should better clarify all of the moving parts and personnel changes etc. but for now as of 2/17/2022 we have this treasure trove of links that is quite impressive. All of this just my opinions of course.
The more that we find out about Pangbo Group and EGOC soon to be ECEN the better and it looks as though they collectively have some lofty ambitions, lofty goals and seem to be growing rapidly and on top of all of that they enjoy what seems to be a great working relationship with the Chinese government.
