NSF suing Amarex for poor performance...lack of disclosure thereof is like suing your brother-sister/mom/dad/uncle...NO good can come of it...
What do you do...empty out the shell...that it is/will become...
NSF... is in this up to their eyeballs...they bought the pig...how they want to carve it up...is on them...IF it is proven that Amarex was negligent or malicious in any way...NSF International, Inc. will have to pony up...there is no arms length on this one.
