Easy there, USS. There's no "malevolence" of doctors or judges involved here. And as for the FDA, the FDA asked for A, B, and C and CYDY gave them A, Q, and R. Point being, CYDY didn't deliver what the FDA asked for and while some of it may not have been totally their fault, much of it was. And now, there is change at the top...hopefully not too little too late.
