There's a good chance that the investors that ponied up $104 million at $35 a share pushed Mallik out as CEO after the share price crashed. Mallik is still on the board of directors and the COO who was brought on board from Novartis at the same time as Mallik is now CEO. I have my doubts that Mallik is in consideration as the CEO of Cytodyn.
