I wonder how NSF can be held liable for Amarex's m

Remember, when Cytodyn appealed to the CEO of NSF concerning who owned the trial data, the CEO said, "You do."
Then he proceeded to ask Cytodyn to keep the discussion they just had quiet, away from Amarex.
It seems to me the NSF CEO wanted to do a little fact checking about what Cytodyn was telling him about the ownership of data dispute with Amerex because he wasn't sure about the facts and his new partner.
If what the NSF CEO found out or is yet to find out is bad, NSF may be sueing Amarex too!
But I'm no lawyer. Just putting the puzzle pieces together as I see them and not being influenced by the desire to tap any deep pockets that just happen to be incidentally involved in this mess.
