I find it interesting that a so called 'investigation' would cause a stock to be dropped so bad that the SEC would allow it to impact stockholders this horrible and take it down a notch from the OTC without something somewhere.
People are assuming an investigation is in play, when there is no actual proof other than it is said an investigation is going on. All we know is neither a 10K or a 10Q has been put in but a NT 10K was. We know people left and we know Joe has been punking vaccines and Covid as much as he could but refuses to speak on Generex / NuGenerex other than I believe saying this is what he's been trying to do or whatever. His social posts has him partying while his shareholders continue to lose money.
What we do know as fact is there are multiple deals out there valued in the millions and billions and at least one billion dollar deal is said to be on hold. So, what happened with China? What are they doing over there? Why can't they comment at all? They should not be under any order themselves. Joe also projected the 3 state deal would be making profits last year. There were other things outside of the vaccine that we should have seen happening, so what happened there? We have crickets.
Finally, once again, we have NuGenerex, the cleanest, the easiest per Joe to come along and values well over 500 million dollars and multiple times still no NASDAQ and supposedly was going to get 50 million to get on the board and yet once again we got nothing absolutely nothing.
I have been trying to sell some of my stock and currently am having a hard time trying to get any of it sold. Seems like no one wants to really touch GNBT shares nowdays. Wonder why???? Fidelity won't even show a bid or ask price anymore.
All of us have waited a long time and some on here much longer than others and this is what we got, a .05 PPS and a no Joe show and rumors galore. You can't defend a person who screws up like Joe has again and again anymore. It simply just does not work. Generex / NuGenerex has so much potential and Joe just blew it and we all paid the price. Excuses aside, I hoped for several years that this company would make it and do something really good for people and Joe disappointed me terribly. He made a lot of noise and nevert delivered. In all of 3 years, I waited on one, just one deal that actually came through for either company to succeed and put Generex or NuGenerex on the map. A lot of hype, but in the end, this is where we are.
Again, I might be wrong in all my conclusions, but from where it is looking, Joe has taken it all down a path where I never thought it would ever go.
