The case went to the Supreme Court in 2016, where the justices ruled that §27 of the Securities Exchange Act does not provide exclusive federal jurisdiction over claims that, although asserted under state law, allege underlying conduct that would have violated regulations in the federal act.
In other words...STATES (Individuals have jurisdiction over their own PROPERTY) Brokers can not hide their criminal activity under the protection of Federal Securities Laws anymore! The Game has changed....(things are in motion right now!!!)
Also consider this....
Brokers present opportunities or trap retail in the new crypto market. Where do you think all that DEBT will be moved too? Rinse repeat...use another vehicle to keep the fiat system afloat. Convert it to digital and continue to dilute the value of property rights or monetary instruments over time while calling it decentralized and better to track transactions. Or a weapon to seize your assets once the/any government has clearing control protocols locked down thru its central institutions.
