@oakraiders34 His condition deteriorated rapidly after the intubation which he refused while in the ICU and also refused Remdesivir. The @standard of care” is to intubate if they refuse Remdesivir . Leronlimab could not be given until the hospital approved it hence the process was started to go to court but way too late imo . Dr Kelly tried to help

@drD The brief would’ve been read by the judge this morning and if approved we would’ve then asked Dr Kelly to send it to the hospital . But time was not on his side Many doctors were trying to help as well as many attorneys. Dr Kelly tried to help and was on standby to provide Leronlimab.
Time was of the essence and everyone did their best but to no avail . Once he was intubated they gave him Remdesivir which he had refused . He knew about Leronlimab from me and other doctor friends and requested it before he was intubated .

@Chris Sad News to report He died last night
Hospital administration never answered the letter of request to administer Leronlimab under right to try
He was given Remdesivir over the weekend
The Brief was filed but he never got the chance to obtain Leronlimab.
