Let me interpret for you. The SEC failed to prove counts 1-5, and 7-14, but prevailed on count 6.
You aren’t naive enough to think the SEC would say they were sorry, did you?
On second thought, you do think the (ahem) $15B in treasure is 5 miles from the ballast pile. Or at least that’s what you claim you believe.
