What Doc is trying to accomplish is an honest to goodness full spectrum approach to help drasticaly reduce homelessness in America.
This is no small matter.
I pray that I will be around long enough to see the long term affects of his efforts.
One thing that may not have been mentioned recently is the Medicaid and Medicare creditionals and possibly Government contracts.
