Thanks so much for IM and Chihiro for posting it. I read it that we are just not yet into the up list process. Doc response "Got to" SEC takes 90-150 days normally f they are slow we still might be waiting for the SEC go ahead.
I hope I am wrong and just comprehended incorrectly
