Well ...I suppose
There is a reason little road a bridge repair is done in some regions of the country. No new bridge across the Mississippi. No flood control measures are taken on the Illinois side of the Mississippi and there is very limited construction allowed in area's below 600 ft below sea level. Why solar and wind power has been installed as a (secondary source) of power. Why land fills have been tapped for gas production.
Have to wonder when they start taking Nuclear reactor's down ?

Side note: I did visit a local Wal Mart and in comparison to other area stores their food supply chain is starting to show some ugly... bare shelves. In comparison the other store buy local/US produce.
