No it's not been hacked. All the scripts that control the content have not been included. This time. The scripts were in place before the last iteration but only called up a jpeg when services were clicked. Anybody can download the script and find the content. They most likely have pointers to information and other domains they don't want to be available prior to launch. To answer you question only the 2nd to last website version was hosted on their domain. You notice that google will not return any thing Doc related for unvc healthcare. So they are not promoting the site and it's not intended for general viewing. They will push it to the search engines when they are done
