Personally, I would have put him on Ignore after the first PM and I never would have responded to him. He's nothing more than a greedy short who is obsessed with bashing and spreading nonsense 24/7 on multiple boards. He PM's people because his posts are so full of BS that they get deleted immediately, so why give him an audience.
