Fantastic private eye work! I have been trying to email the Dr.'s at ARO Einstein in charge of the trial as to what's going on, but no response.
Here's what the head of ARO, Dr. Otavio Berwanger, Linkedin posted about a Pfizer trial 8 months ago:
Our STOP-COVID Trial just published in the NEJM. Great collaboration between ARO Einstein, Pfizer and incredible sites ! Among patients hospitalized with Covid-19 pneumonia, tofacitinib led to a lower risk of death or respiratory failure through day 28 than placebo. Above all, great team work !Patricia Guimaraes, MD
So let's hope that BP is not in play here.
