The server is up just webservers being blocked. A sure sign they are working on it looks like they took down access it can be tracert to linodes a provider it's different than another cloud provider you control your own hardware. That's a good sign must be working on the web page and plan on control hosting all of UNVC domains and still can scale up quickly
