Boom, indeed. More than a couple people across

More than a couple people across the boards have expressed some level of discomfort in potentially working with a Chinese company. Here's my take on that:
Would you rather they steal your IP and sell there without you?
Not saying it would be easy with LL, but that happens all the time there with intelectual property. It's the wild west in that regard. It would make good sense to sell the rights in that part of the world to a Chinese company (Who by all accounts is on the up and up, quite large, and with a global footprint) and let them crush it. We get a bunch of money up front, lots of milestone payments, and a cut of the proceeds. Then we partner with someone your average person in America has heard of for anything related to the US, assuming we even need to at that point.
If we do partner with someone here for Nash, or any individual indication, I'd like it to be with a legitmate company that already has a seat at the influencers table. We need that help and we need that press.
Now, about that Nash data being withheld.
If it's good then the only reason you hold off on releasing it is because those who are making us a deal would like to finish the deal before any catalyst-type information is released. I recently posted an article that discussed that exact topic concerning a buyout by Gilead, if I'm not misremembering.
But you're right in that Cytodyn might be working on multiple deals at once. We don't know. It would all be pretty complex just getting one partnership agreement agreed upon and drawn up, but if things were being split between companies or regions it could get quite difficult to work through quickly.
I think it's a fair bet that we hear about 700mg Nash data immediately after some sort of partnership(s) are announced.
You don't sit at 2019 share price levels while low on cash (with big bills due/overdue) and not release what is potentially the strongest data you've had in years. They clearly have something bigger going on right now to take care of their problems. Nash is wrapped up either directly or indirectly, but either way they don't need to, or can't, release it until this thing shakes out.
With each passing day I grow more confident that it's a partnership.
