Part that and perhaps because his performance was also reviewed by the board at the end of the year, which all boards do, and decided the goals had not been achieved such as an EUA. The first EUA was driving major bonuses if I recall from a CC late in 2020. NP mentioned it when there was a lot of questions around the CFO at the time selling a significant amount of his holdings..It was either in a November or December 2020 CC when he mentioned it. primarily shares if someone wants to refer back to those....
The new Chairman came on in November and according to her Linkedin as COB yet I dont recall that change being in a PR back then . But it says COB since November 2021. Having an independent COB has been something I have been wanting since I invested a few years back. Its not great governance having the COB as a subordrinate of the CEO in the business..
So its stay tuned time to see what develops.. Definitely hoping the delay is working thru a partnership
