Major Update - Non-Dilutive Funding Via EB-5 Program - February 8:

Dear Valiant Eagle, Inc [OTC PSRU] Shareholders,

Our EB5 team will finish up and deliver the complete I-526 template by the end of the next week which allows us to engage and secure funding for the film slate with over 20 films. $PSRU

Also important is our regional center sponsor, EB5AN, that has reviewed a draft bill that may soon be introduced in Congress that proposes a reauthorization of the regional center program and several other major changes to the EB-5 program. $PSRU

The min EB-5 investment amount would increase to $700K for TEA areas and $850K for non-TEA areas for both regional center and direct EB-5 investments. This would allow us a to raise over $50M The higher amounts will take immediate effect on Feb 18, if the bill is passed.

On another note, the Company WILL NOT initiate a reverse split in the foreseeable future which has been a concern of many shareholders. $PSRU
