Yes that is Shirley w Bob and Sharon. As you know but for the benefit of others she used to be an officer of Geo Tech-a former affiliate of CWRN's,as noted on Geo's former website, which had pics of CWRN's operations on its website, but Geo's website has been down for months for construction.

Geo is also partner in Nazarena-(2-28-11 PR) apparently on hold due to the explosive growth of Baja 14. Geo is an iron broker-all officers apparently ethnic Chinese fluent in Chinese which helped w their Chinese steelmaker contacts-they also broker shipping but Bao is doing the shipping apparently for CWRN now and Dillon before that (Sept 2011 PR).

Geo has ca 22 iron concessions but last I knew didnt operate any and CWRN WAS presumably going to be the operating partner on 1 or more of such as CWRN is for Naz as per the 2-28-11 PR.
Jimmy Yee-Geo's former CFO/CPA and Chairman of the similar commodities broker TMT Global,also has not been listed w Geo for many months,which has led me to wonder whether Geo will consolidate w TMT- all of the 4 main officers had been the same before Shirley and Jimmy departed Geo.

I had been looking at the CWRN website almost daily so, as Bingo has noted, it was down for updates today. Since the issue is out there,what will the web address be when it comes back online-the June 25 PR still uses www.cottonwestern.com 
With a name change will it be panamericanventures.com? Panamerican.com might be too confusing as that is similar to a large co w that name.
