Any illumination to this "Beasley" deal since he broke news. Is this Nugenerex Distribution Solutions a stand-alone company, is it legally held within Generex.... How does it interface with Nugenerex, and why have we not heard anything publicly about this company. what is its role and who is funding the enterprise....Has anyone search the most recent financial statements from early last year as to this entity?
I won't believe this until hard evidence and will this in any way tie into IPO. Does anyone feel this action is a canard. Why would it not be promoted? The stock price needs any infusion of energy it can get.
If this is at all legit, I think it is an effort by Joe to launch a totally new biotech venture not to benefit Generex.
