Each subsequent pass of Planet X has pulled Earth further away from the sun and also cause it to expand. Rotational cycle around our sun was once 355 days. it is now 365 days and Earth is larger than it once was.
Now in theory if this is true. Further distancing from the sun would cool the earth, the expanding of the earth until such time the poles are stable would cause for a rise in the water levels as there would be less gravitation pull to the equator . Weather cycles and planet cycles could be erratic for some time.
Model maps that I have seen. Suggest Russia,China, Asia, India and parts of the Middle East would have to migrate west into Africa to survive and or immigrate into the western parts of the United States, Canada and Mexico...
I don't believe the later in mass is in the playbook in the sense of a take over ...wait and see on that one.
