So 15 degree's is 15 X 60 miles or 900 miles
In consideration of earth circumstance of 24,000 miles almost equal from north to south as east to west. It won't seem like much.
However in term of angle of the sun's exposure to the area's you will have climate change...
So lets assume 900 miles would create a 300- 450 mile climate discernment ...
So lets put a pin in the United States and turn it 15% from where it was 60 years ago. You will find you get subtle weather changes in northern point and southern points. The middle or breadbasket relative to the shift see less of a effect.
The present effect or change is giving us warmer winters in Michigan and colder winters in Texas and Florida. Eventually Florida and Maine will be colder...How much ? That depends on the shift
One theory looks at it as not a shift but growth or explaining earth. The purifier is expected to effect our growing seasons 2-3 years and geographic arrangement of continents....aka a mini Ice age. The last being 1450-1850 and a world population struggling to provide for 500,000,000 people.
Trade between Continents could be very difficult for many years.
