Maybe they did the filing today so it coincides with something next week, showing up on Monday or Tuesday. At any rate, something new has been filed and this reverse merger continues to be worked on.
Some of these mergers seem to happen quickly, then fizzle just as quickly. The extra care that has been taken here should portend good things in the near future.
