Yes absolutely there is a very good chance Cytodyn was not the target of the investigation but in fact citron and many of the firms naked shorting this sock. Also attempting to manipulate the narrative of a stock is a crime if you are doing so as financial gain.

I get subpoenas for court at least 4 times a week. I’m a witness to crimes or the victim representing my city as an employee. I testify all the time in grand jury. I know how the process works on the local, state and federal level.

You have to realize victims, like ‘Cytodyn’, witnesses and suspects all get subpoenas.

Doesn’t automatically mean you are a suspect. In fact most of the time it actually means you are a witness or a victims. They get them before criminals because that’s how you build a case. You don’t go straight to the suspect. You need to interview your witnesses and victim first. You get a subpoena for example testify in grand jury, give a statement ect…

Then months later people get indictments, arrested or search warrants conducted to further the investigation.. MD virologist is the biggest clown. He attempted to tell me how the court system works. He dug is whole, he is a liar like the rest of the clowns who direct messaging me. I am sure others are stating they know what’s going on with the investigation. Don’t trust them.
