Gotcha. The government won't let that info out until charges are brought most likely.
Even so, a couple names on the "investigation" list are familiar to me.
Not sure Generex is one of the companies that was damaged but these short sellers should not be allowed to trade companies they finance. Nor should they be allowed to whisper to their buddies at another firm either. Nor their buddies who make markets for that matter.
It is a shame ethics and morals are in short supply these days.
