"There is never more sellers than buyers"...imagine this is the Twilight Zone...you have ten sellers...selling 10,000 shares of stock each...(still in the Twilight Zone)...and you have one buyer who buys...ALL the transactions...(a whale)...hence you have nine more sellers than buyers.
