It would also be important to know exactly how many shares IMMU had that were purchased and what the price was at the time the $88 price was agreed to. Otherwise, we cannot just say that $88 is a starting point for CYDY. If they had far fewer than 670,000,000 and their share price was already high, that is different from CYDY.
We cannot just look at dollar amounts of other acquisitions, but must compare all relevant numbers.
