You mean the amount of shares that the BOD owns must be substantial enough to do this without shareholder approval? Do you know what the minimum number of shares they need to be able to do this? Honestly this is one of my concerns now that Nader is gone. I am all for partnership to help us keep things rolling and moving ahead but a buy out unless it is for a descent amount is concerning.
