The acquisition covers all of Artist Republik’s revenue, customers, back-end processes, trademarks, internet domains and other aspects necessary to carry on the business. Friendable also entered into a consulting agreement with Artist Republik’s founder, Nick Cianfaglione. Artist Republik is a subscription service designed to allow artists worldwide to take control of their music careers through networking, centralized sources, and AI-based management tools.
