At the risk of overthinking this, you asked the Paulson rep for his opinion on recent events, and not if they had a pipe in the offering, correct? I've never known a Paulson rep to not give their opinion or recent/current events regardless of a planned pipe. Given that it's Paulson, I have to assume it has something to do with selling shares, but it's unusual that he couldn't discuss his opinion of recent events. That's the rub so-to-speak. I guess you'll know on Friday.
