My take on the stock price related to offer. Take

Take offers and see what is fair value according to industry standards/ recent deals. If fair, move forward. If low, negotiate. If way to low, release data when available. If good, price will reflect data and rise to adjusted retail level. Depending on where the shorts get caught, it may rise much higher for a while and then settle. At that point fair level will be presented. Take new offers as soon as rise reaches perceived fair amount or better and let the bidding begin. So, present share price should figure little in buyout unless 700 dose numbers are not good. Partnership or royalty deal is a whole other animal and probably more plausible at this time if in the works.
