Has anyone complained to the IRS about the $200 million claim?
How would the IRS even know know about Dalton. And where does he himself make that claim? The $200 million number comes from a listing of 100 companies on a niche website. It's repeated often, but not by Dalton.
We're in the middle of a pandemic. IRS isn't combing websites looking for single unverified mentions to make into targets.
It's like the Amazon "partnership". A single throwaway line with no details. Amazon isn't searching for things like that and they certainly aren't going to bring legal action for it. Partnership could mean anything. Simply buying product from their website would qualify.
Wellness Teledoc being taken down is a better comparison. Likely someone sent Teledoc legal a link to the similar looking Wellness Teledoc website. That was an active violation of Teledoc's trademark logo and colors.
