How much are CYDY's shares worth to a big company
Post# of 148187
The answer is not 59 cents a share, nor is it the potential valuation of Leron in all its indications divided by 800 million or a billion shares.
If you're a big company, the answer is: however much you can convince the CYDY Board of Directors and shareholders to sell for. If you can convince the Board to sell for $10 a share, that's what they are worth.
IMO, Evil's statement, "I wouldn't be surprised to learn that a buyer at the table is the same entity that has driven the pps down," is very possibly true. You short the stock, you hire people to write hit pieces, you make the finances as toxic as possible, and suddenly your offer of $10 a share -- which wouldn't have been acceptable to most when we were at $5 -- looks too good to pass up. Unless you are NP. Et voila.
Would I take $10 a share? No, I wouldn't. It if were offered, it would drive up our share price, relieving the stress on our finances.... but I would hope it would not be accepted.
