IMO it’s unlikely that the stock scammer you mention ever followed through, or would know that UNVC shares might be valuable some day.
He probably just spent everyone’s money on himself (fancy houses, cars, lifestyle, etc.) like most scammers do.
So I wouldn’t worry about him profiting off of UNVC after he gets out of jail.
