Makes sense. Like the sound of a merger over a buyout. Partnership sounds even better. But - having no business prowess- my worry/questions pretty much center on that - in the end- they could all end up looking the same. Unless done very carefully and/or with a entity that is not BP.

Part of the mystery is the divvying up/licensing/insurance coverage/business and financing deals for one molecule with multiple indications. Comforted that Dr. Rae is back. And this relatively short period of silence indicates whatever is happening is being done carefully and thoughtfully. Maybe even with one of the good guys- i.e., not BP.
