I disagree. When presented most shares, not necessarily shareholders, will be voted to approve $10.
Look at CYDY's price history. Everyone, I repeat everyone, will record a profit at $10.
Personally, I am a fairly large shareholder and my capital gain from $10 will mean multimillion $'s in gains. Fortunately most of my shares are in a Roth IRA and a regular IRA so there will be no immediate tax consequence.
If more can be attained it would be wonderfull and given the potential more should be hoped for but is that realistic given our financial situation and our history of missteps..
