And that goes for those Board members who have left in the last 6 months, because while they were there, they also had a fiduciary responsibility toward shareholders.They should not be allowed to just "walk away," without facing any repercussions. Much as folks may think so, a board seat is not just an honorary title, with no obligations attached to it.
