I believe given the fact that Amarex put us in the debacle...and their position is weak...they acquiesced to the timelines...so it had the appearance of working together...it was an negotiated strategy...likely SA played a large part in its construction.
It relieves the pressure on both sides...obviously...mostly beneficial to us.
